Frequently Asked Questions:

Q:  What kind of wood are our pallets made from—pine or hardwood?

A:  We use bark-free hardwood for extra strength and different types depending on availability. We never compromise the strength of our wood for a lesser price.

Q:  What size nails are used?

A: We only use 2 1/2” nails on all pallets. This ensures that boards will not separate under the specified load capacity.

Q:  How soon can you expect to get your pallets?

A: Small to medium size orders will normally be shipped from stock. The freight cost is determined as part of the ordering process and the selected carrier is notified at the same time as well. Carriers will pick up orders promptly and depending on distance from the factory, deliver promptly as well. Half or full truckloads (approx. 500-1000) may take up to two weeks.

Q:  Why are pallet models named by color and each pallet color-coded on a corner?

A: For easy identification and selection by a forklift driver (this is especially necessary when multiple pallet styles are used).
